Have a Vision, Google bought groupon.com, Groupon had vision

So google is at it again, with the purchase of groupon.com, the giant just gets bigger.
So with an increase in overall employees with the buy out, expect a significant amount of hoopla in the media over the next few days. What does that mean for you? It's just a great story of how a comany with 20 employees, becames one with 2700. Then get's bought out by an online giant.
What could you do with your idea?  Do you have an invention? What if you knew what would happen in 2 years. I dont think Groupon.com owners knew, but they sure invisioned success, and that is exactly what happen. Have a vision.

Benjamin Franklin once wrote, “Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that’s the stuff life is made of.”

Time management is crucial. The clock is ticking and so is your life. Are you ready to step up to the plate and take control . I was reading an article sent to me 6 years ago by Brian Tracy. Amazing , he talks about managing your time and getting a calendar to ensure your success. What are you doing right now this second that can make a difference in someone's life?  What are you doing to inspire the masses to be better?
Let's come together , do more, and be more productive with our time. That's the winners attidude, according to Brian Tracy.

See it before it happens!!!!

Can you envision the outcome before it actually happens?  Do you have enough faith to believe that what you are trying to build will ended become a reality? John Lilly said, "In the province of the mind what one believes to be true either is true or becomes true."  So have belief in your goals, set up a strategic logical time frame to review your progress and remember. SEE IT BEFORE IT HAPPENS

Do Not Fear Failure!!! How to increase your strategic thinking?

Your emotions may be up and down and you venture into your new project. Remember that you need to be lazer focus on the goal at hand. UBS has an ad up that says, "UNTIL YOU LOOK INTO THE FUTURE WITHOUT QUIET CONFIDENCE WE WILL NOT REST." This point hit home. Why would you want to rest if you didn't have confidence in where you where heading. The key is usally inner faith and self confidence. You must be proactive vs. reactive!!! Remember that failing to act is failure itself. DO SOMETHING.

The Power of Persistence

As I start this blog. I think about what I am doing and the iimpact that I want to leave on
so many people. But I look back at all the things that I have done in life and I must say that
it has all come from hard work and persistence.Calvic Coolidge wants said, "The world is
filled with Harvard derlicks" but nothing beats persistence. The ability to keep, keeping on
in the face of adversity. To do the disciplined thing verses the easy. To stay focus on the
course. To begin with the end in mind. It's about vision. That is what life is all about.
Seeing the end of the tunnel before getting there is only part of that .  So when you
feel the erge to quite and stop remember that the JOY at the end of the tunnel is always sweeter.

How to think like STEVE JOBS?( CEO of the Apple)

Here's my thoughts. He created something from nothing. What he did was just overthrow the way people normally thinks. A phone that you can operate from touch screen. This was an idea that most people thought was absolutely crazy. Why would you go up against the conventional phone giants( TMobile, AT and T and Sprint) to create something that would FAIL!!!! Do you think people doubted his invention? YES. But yet he was convinced that this is what the market needed and so on Jan 9, 2007, the iphone launched. THE WAY PEOPLE COMMUNICATED WOULD NEVER BE THE SAME. From social networking, to games ,to GPS navigation it all came together.  The company sold 33.99 million , I phones at the end of 2009.
WHAT IF YOU KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN? Would you have gotten involved at the time?

THE REASON I TELL YOU THE STORY ABOVE ......is to let you know that TIMING in business means everything you must act on what you want. This is no dress rehearsal in life. This is your life and the time is now to act. Make a decision a smart one to get involved, to think outside the box, to not the the conventional things that everyone wants . I promise you. You will live a better life, be a better leader, and make far more money in 2011 that you have ever dreamed. LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE ON THE TOP OF THE LADDER of this GAME we call life.

Entrepreneurship in 2011

So I read the first chapter of, Tim Ferris's book. The mobile entrepreneur. Very interesting
read. I will finish the entire thing before the week end's. Seems like he really did extensive research on the subject. I can tell we have alot in common. Adrian Quarless and Tim Ferris we think alike amazing.
I almost felt like this should be my book sitting on the shelf at Barnes and Nobles. Not in a a cocky way
but in a humble way. As to say you think these thoughts, why don't you get them out?
So I am in the process of doing alot of entrepreneurial projects. ( 1.Working on growing a small firm to millions  2. Involved in expanding a network marketing company, this is a GLOBAL project, 3.Working on finishing my book. 4. Reading on social media.....Taking advantage of this new wave as we head into the era of WEB 2.0 dominance

3 Reasons why you should stick with what you know in this economy?

1. You are familiar with you topic.( Whether its sales, consulting, branding) Whatever you're good at stick with that.
2.Practice makes perfect.Repetition is the mother of all learning. If you are continually doing the same things over and over again you will become an expert.
3.Knowledge is power, it is good to dip into other fields but your core skillset should be at the forefront of your career. That should help you move forward and succeed in this tough economy.
