The event which was held at the Roy Thomson Hall during the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival on Friday(Sept 9) in Toronto was a huge success.  Money Ball as seen last month on www.adrianquarless.blogspot.com is a flick where Brad Pitt(Billy Beane), is the Oakland A's general manager who successfully put together a baseball club on a budget. The movie is based on a book by Michael Lewis.                             EDDIE MURPHY IS CURRENTLY IN DISCUSSION TO HOST OSCARS
Eddie Murphy will be hosting the 84th academy award which will be telecast Feb.26th on ABC, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science recently made a statement. There was alot of chatter over the weekend about Murphy possibly being the choice to host the show.  Many are not suprise as Murphy is starring in the upcoming film "Tower Heist". "Tower Heist" is set to open in November.

Many feel that Murphy was the best choice as the academy is now able to return to its original comedic roots. Brett Ratner who is producing the show said, "Eddie is a comedic genius one of the greatest and most influential live performers ever." Justin Timberlake showed up last night in his packed New York restuarant, Southern Hospitality. He said, "I did a country song. I just disguised it as something else." With that said, Timberlake, in a straw fedora and playing acoustic on guitar was backed by members of the Memphis band FreeSol. He went right into his chart topping 2002 jam, "What goes around......Comes Around." Special guest and last nights event included Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.

Several NYPD officials cruisers lined the block outside the restaurant but there were no reports of incidents. Timberlake and FreeSol will play another free show tonight at the Irving Plaza. Show Time starts at 9:01pm.
