Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez was spotted in Philly yesterday.The two grabbed refreshments at Smoothie King. Justin apparently flew in this week to assist with promoting Selena's, Dream Out Loud apparel at KMART. She also performed at the Mann Center for performing arts as part of her tour.
